What Chuzu coordinates
- Organize screens, sound, furniture and registration equipment in one list.
- Coordinate venue access, delivery, installation and named support.
- Track handover, collection and separate deposit settlement.
Who performs the work
The named local suppliers provide equipment, transport, installation and any technicians. Chuzu coordinates the agreed list and schedule.
What to prepare
- Venue, booth dimensions, show dates and access windows
- Equipment quantities, signal sources, power and mounting constraints
- On-site contact, technician hours, collection and deposit limits
Unknown details can be marked undecided during the initial inquiry. Final specifications and supply conditions are confirmed before quotation.
What you receive
- Supplier-named equipment list and itemized quote
- Delivery, installation and functional handover checklist
- Collection, condition and deposit settlement record
How acceptance works
- The agreed models or accepted substitutes and quantities are checked at handover.
- Signal, audio and power checks are recorded with the on-site contact.
- Collection and condition checks remain open until confirmed; deposits are settled separately.

Review all service feesScope, exceptions & ownership
Shanghai is the initial planning scope. No supplier, stock, venue access or installation slot is reserved by this example; each must be verified for the project.
Responsible role: Chuzu operations · assign a named coordinator before quotation
A named supplier and executor, actual cost and time records, a checked delivery and publishable evidence are required before claiming a proven capability.
