Private requests

Requests, quotes, documents and orders belong to the verified customer contact. Chuzu shares necessary details only with selected suppliers to assess or fulfil your project. Access is restricted to the customer and authorized operating staff.

What Chuzu coordinates

Your rental or resource license is agreed with the named supplier. Chuzu provides the procurement coordination described in your accepted quote. Submission, payment and supplier confirmation are separate steps; a submitted request is not a booking.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

The accepted quote records supplier cancellation and deposit terms alongside fixed Chuzu service stages. Unstarted or undelivered Chuzu stages are refundable; completed stages are settled at their agreed amounts. Added work requires a new scope and price accepted before it begins. Our own estimating error is not an extra charge. Original recipients process their own refunds, which remain visible until receipt is confirmed.

Online delivery and permitted countries

Global inquiries are welcome. A provider’s country of origin is separate from where its servers, devices or staff operate and where you access the service. The actual end users, use countries, rights, data processing locations, access arrangements, acceptance criteria and end-of-term steps require a project-specific review. An operational review is not a legal certification or permission for other locations.

Official market references link to independent services. They do not establish Chuzu partnership, reseller rights, stock or a booking. Access uses a customer-owned eligible account or a separately authorized supplier project. We do not offer shared accounts, verification-code rental or unauthorized software and content sublicensing.

Share only what is needed

At the inquiry stage, describe the workload and data categories rather than uploading customer datasets, access passwords, identity documents or confidential source material. Any later data transfer or supplier access requires an agreed purpose, authorized recipients, processing location and retention or deletion plan.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics automatically measures public page views and navigation, scrolls, public search-form interactions, outbound links, eligible downloads and video interactions. We separately measure inquiry-entry clicks, WhatsApp and Telegram contact clicks, and a successful request-creation event after our server confirms the request was saved. A generic confirmation page sends that success event without customer or project details; opening or reloading the page alone does not create it. Automatic form interactions are not successful submissions. A saved request can still await email verification; it is not a booking, qualified lead or purchase. Search text and common contact or authentication query parameters are redacted. Entering private pages reloads the site without the Google tag. We do not send inquiry contents, email addresses, private project pages, documents, payments or order records to Google Analytics. Analytics cookies are optional; essential-only browsing remains available. Your preference lasts up to 180 days and can be changed or withdrawn using Cookie preferences in the footer. Google processes permitted visit information under its privacy policy. Our own project and operational records are separate from these optional public-site measurements.

For project questions, correction or deletion requests, contact backend@chuzu.me. We will review the request and applicable record-retention obligations; this contact route is not an automatic deletion service.

Specific project terms

Project agreements will identify the contracting parties, supplier responsibilities and applicable terms. Detailed privacy retention arrangements and payment methods must be finalized before paid operations are enabled. Private files are linked to your project and restricted to its customer and authorized staff. The operating workspace retains evidence and an audit trail to support the agreed service.
