Service examples are confirmed in your project quote. Online charging and formal bookings remain closed during setup. No payment is requested on this page.
Before sourcing starts, we agree the specifications, use countries, dates, eligible customer, costs, payment terms and what counts as a qualifying quote.
The result is at least one actual supplier quote meeting that scope, with delivery conditions and validity. A public link or an unanswered supplier list does not complete the sourcing service.
No qualifying quote by the agreed deadline: the US$50 sourcing fee is refundable.
A qualifying quote is delivered and you decide not to rent: the completed US$50 sourcing stage can be retained under your accepted terms.
You decide to rent: the next coordination stage is US$49, for a total Chuzu fee of US$99. The sourcing payment is counted once.

A refundable deposit is cash held, not part of the service cost. Your actual quote keeps each supplier’s currency and recipient; any reference exchange rate and its time are stated.
If you can subscribe to and use the provider’s service yourself, an official market reference does not add a Chuzu coordination charge. Any paid help must have a separate, useful result and an accepted scope.
Suppliers receive their resource charges and deposits. Chuzu receives its agreed service fee. Your quote lists recipients, currencies, stages and applicable third-party charges.
Unstarted or undelivered service stages are refundable. Completed work is settled using the amounts in your accepted quote. Added suppliers, locations or tasks need your agreement before extra work starts.
Our own estimating error does not create an extra charge. Supplier rental and deposit refunds follow the supplier terms in your quote, with Chuzu providing the agreed follow-up.
