Share the resource, countries, dates, resource and total budgets, any supplier you already have, and the work you need us to handle. Your initial request and assessment are free.
Agree on the work and fixed fee
We assess supply, permission and delivery conditions. Basic coordination is US$49 for a suitable existing supplier. Limited sourcing and coordination is US$99 (US$50 + US$49); more involved projects receive a fixed quote. Scope, results, stage amounts and any deadline are accepted before paid work starts.
Compare the complete quote
Compare actual supplier costs, the fixed Chuzu service stages, extra charges, refundable deposits, currencies and recipients. See both estimated cost and cash required, with any payment already received counted once.
Follow the supplier confirmation
Pay the named recipients as agreed. Booking is confirmed only after the necessary suppliers confirm resources and their payment conditions are satisfied.
Handover, return and settle
Keep the handover, support issues, return checks and refund progress together. An ended rental stays open for settlement while deposits or refunds are outstanding.
