Define the demonstration
- Confirm the robot model, approved actions, audience distance, floor, power and connectivity.
- Name the trained operator and agree a rehearsal with the actual venue constraints.
Agree on delivery and exceptions
- Itemize transport, operator time, content preparation, rehearsal and any overtime.
- Agree safe stop conditions, an unavailable-equipment alternative and cancellation terms.
Check the outcome
- Keep the action checklist, rehearsal evidence and event contact with the accepted quote.
- Record completion, incidents, collection and any outstanding settlement.
