Who performs the work
The render provider or separately quoted technical executor performs preflight, rendering and technical fixes. Chuzu coordinates the agreed procurement and delivery.

- DCC, renderer and plug-in versions with asset rights
- Frame range, resolution, format and sample acceptance
- Deadline and time zone, cost ceiling and processing countries
Unknown details can be marked undecided during the initial inquiry. Final specifications and supply conditions are confirmed before quotation.

- Approved sample and versioned render specification
- Frame manifest with missing or failed outputs identified
- Usage and cost record, export and agreed deletion evidence
How acceptance works
- Frame range, dimensions and file format match the approved specification.
- Missing, corrupt and failed frames are recorded against the manifest.
- The customer checks the agreed sample and output; rework reasons and limits are explicit.
