PROJECT PLAN · VALIDATION PENDING
AI talking-avatar video service
One presenter. A batch of useful messages.
Create presenter footage from approved images and audio for product introductions, training and recurring content. Start with a short sample before a batch.
Free assessment · sample, scope and price agreed before production

A clear use for every batch.
Product and service introductions
Create presenter clips for approved product messages, FAQs and onboarding, ready for the agreed editing workflow.
Training and course presenters
Prepare short presenter segments from final lesson audio, with a sample that checks pronunciation, mouth sync and appearance.
Recurring presenter content
Organize a series by script and clip ID, approve the presenter treatment and track each version through a repeatable batch.
Know what you will receive.
The approved sample sets the direction. Your quote records the files, quantities, checks and included revision rounds.
What you receive
- For managed delivery: an approved short sample and agreed presenter-video clips linked to the shot list.
- A clip manifest recording source images, approved audio, versions and unresolved appearance or synchronization issues.
- For self-service rental: agreed workspace access and checks; footage generation and review remain with the customer.
What we agree to check
- Clip IDs, duration, dimensions, aspect ratio, audio and export format match the approved brief.
- Mouth synchronization, face and hand defects, appearance drift and shot transitions are reviewed against the approved sample.
- The included revision attempts and failed-clip handling are recorded; new scripts, new presenters and extra attempts require separate scope.
A finished deliverable, or a workspace you run.
Choose the help you need. A production service and a self-service environment have different responsibilities and billing units.
Bring the brief. Agree the output.
A named executor handles the agreed production, sample review and exports. Human correction, editing and additional revisions are included only when listed in the quote.
Billing basisAgreed output quantity, specifications and revision scope; quoted per project.
Ask about managed productionRent the environment. Run your batch.
Use an agreed GPU, application and storage for a defined term. You upload material, operate the workflow, review results and export files; technical assistance is scoped separately.
Billing basisGPU time, application or image fees, storage and transfer; support and coordination listed separately.
Ask about workspace rentalApprove a sample. Then scale the work.
- 01
Prepare presenter and speech
Confirm the permitted images, intended use, final script and approved audio. Separate any voice-generation work in the quote.
- 02
Approve a short presenter sample
Verify the installed workflow and available hardware. Review mouth sync, facial detail, appearance and framing before a batch.
- 03
Generate the agreed shot list
Run approved clips within the attempt and spending limits, tracking each source image, audio file and output version.
- 04
Deliver footage for the next stage
Check the agreed files and manifest. Add final editing, captions, layouts or publishing only when separately included.
What to include in your inquiry
- Authorized presenter images and permission for the person or character, voice and intended synthetic-video use.
- Approved MP3 speech audio or final text with separately scoped voice synthesis; a shot list with stable clip IDs.
- Target duration, aspect ratio, resolution, deadline, budget and any separately required captions or final editing.
Before you start
Is this a finished social video?
The core deliverable is the agreed presenter footage. A finished edit with captions, music, product inserts, layouts and publication needs an explicit production scope and named executor.
Can I supply my own audio?
The Pix listing describes MP3 uploads and image-driven batch generation. Confirm the accepted audio settings and a short sample. Text-to-speech or voice cloning is a separate task with its own permissions, model terms and charges.
Can the video be any length?
The source listing advertises long-form and queued generation, but it does not establish a reliable quality limit for your material. Agree clip lengths after a sample and review long clips for drift, synchronization and visible artifacts.
What hardware and rental term do I need?
The Pix mirror author explicitly requires 48GB of GPU memory. Chuzu has not benchmarked this workflow. The supplier confirms the available configuration, a limited test, billing unit, access window and resource-release rules before paid use.

What Chuzu coordinates
- Map approved presenter images and audio to a shot list, with aspect ratio, target duration and intended use.
- Choose managed presenter-footage delivery by a named executor, or rent the workspace for your own operation.
- Approve a short mouth-sync and appearance sample, then agree batch size, revision attempts and export files.
Who performs the work
A named video executor operates and reviews the agreed clips for managed delivery. The customer operates the environment in self-service mode. Chuzu coordinates the accepted scope; the supplier, installed workflow and available session require project review.

Quote managed work by accepted footage minutes, clips or a defined batch; quote rental by the confirmed GPU configuration and metered use. This delivers presenter footage. Final editing, captions, music, layouts and publishing are separate unless scoped. Voice synthesis and any model, application or membership charges are itemized. Long clips and appearance consistency need sample-based review.
Responsible role: Chuzu operations · assign a named coordinator before quotation
A named supplier and executor, actual cost and time records, a checked delivery and publishable evidence are required before claiming a proven capability.
